Our Yoga Studio is a stunning 1,600 sq.ft studio that has all the props necessary! In Yoga, the body, breath and mind are seen as a union. Yoga cultivates the experience of that union, leading to greater integration of being, internal peacefulness, and clarity of the mind. It is a system that is designed to cultivate health and happiness, and a greater sense of self-awareness and higher consciousness.
Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice, including postures and movement, breath awareness, relaxation, concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.
In recent years there have been a growing number of well designed studies into the health benefits of yoga. These show that the practice of yoga is safe, useful and very cost effective for a wide range of conditions and life-stages

Class Descriptions – Find classes for you
|Yoga 1||New to Yoga and wanting to refine||In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga. All levels are welcome whether you are new or an existing practitioner looking to cultivate a deeper understanding of yoga or return to the basics.|
|Yoga 2||Deepening||Experience & understanding of poses recommended. A stronger class building strength and flexibility. This class is not recommended for beginners or injuries.|
|Vinyasa Flow 1||New to Yoga Gentle for all||This is a gentle flow class suited for beginners or more advanced practitioners. Vinyasa flow is focused movement with breath. No two classes will be exactly the same.|
|Vinyasa Flow 2||Power – some experience||This class will focus on breath and movement creating a flow of postures that enhance flexibility and strength. No two classes will be exactly the same but may include sun salutations and the opportunity to try more complex poses. A stronger practice, may not be suitable for new comers, or for those struggling with injuries. Please talk to one of our instructors if you have questions.|
|Restorative||For all||Give your body the opportunity to fully rejuvenate and repair itself in this relaxing yin yoga class combined with restorative poses. Holding poses for a longer period of time encourages the connective tissue to feel more elastic, providing you with an increase of range of motion and a feeling of space within. This is a practice which stretches and re-balances even the most stubborn tendons, ligaments and fascia in the body. There will be modifications made available to help guide you into the right posture for your body. Do to the nature of slowing down and holding poses this class is medatative. Suitable for all levels.|
|Yin Yoga||For all||Known as the quiet practice, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are held for three to five minutes which gives the body an opportunity to open and release tension from deeper tissues. This form of yoga is a great complement to more dynamic and active practices, and is a great aid for learning to sit in meditation. Yin Yoga is suitable for most levels of students.|
