Yoga

 

Our Yoga Studio is a stunning 1,600 sq.ft studio.   In Yoga, the body, breath and mind are seen as a union. Yoga cultivates the experience of that union, leading to greater integration of being, internal peacefulness, and clarity of the mind. It is a system that is designed to cultivate health and happiness, and a greater sense of self-awareness and higher consciousness.

Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice, including postures and movement, breath awareness, relaxation, concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.

In recent years there have been a growing number of well designed studies into the health benefits of yoga. These show that the practice of yoga is safe, useful and very cost effective for a wide range of conditions and life-stages

Classes can be booked up to  7 days in advance

Classes are booked online or download our App – Online booking hours are 7:00 am – 11:00 pm


Yoga classes are included with all memberships
June – August Classes:  We will offer outdoor classes in our back yard, Pop up Park and some virtual.

Rain Check:
In the event it is Raining this class will be virtual, link will be emailed to you and you can do from home.
