Small Group Personal Training  is small group training. Work with our trainers who will challenge you, get you working harder & smarter.

 

New to fitness or just getting back into working out?  

Tired, Bored or Losing interest in your exercise regime? 

Interested in having your workouts programmed by a Personal Trainer at an affordable price?

Group Personal Training could be the solution.  Groups of 3-5. Enjoy your workouts with like-minded people and let us take all the guess work out of your exercise planning.  We will help you get the results you’re looking for.

Small Group Training:  3 to 5 people
$21 to $27 each session

Essential Strength Training Fundamentals for Women

Trainer: Kirsten Dzavashvili

When you come to the gym, do you feel overwhelmed by the amount of the shear number of machines and equipment at your disposal and you simply don’t know where to start? Well, then this program will give you a well-rounded education by showing you various training methods as well as show you how to use gym equipment including free weights, universal machines, bands, and your own body weight. Part of the program will include how train safely and effectively to achieve your goals. Sessions run every Tuesday morning at 10am. $27/session.

Boxing Performance Training:

Trainer: Davit Dzavashvili

This boxing program runs twice weekly for 8 weeks from Tuesday September 3rd until Thursday October 24th. The class is from 7:00-8:00pm. This program is taught by a professional boxer who trained in the former USSR and fought in Spain. These sessions will take you through a very thorough boxing program-starting with the fundamentals of footwork and punching. By the end of the program, you feel confident moving efficiently and have a full arsenal of boxing skills. But more than this, you will be more powerful and more in control of your body than you’ve ever been! $25/session.
