Mocha Latte Smoothie

Looking for a nutritious and delicious  ‘pick  me  up’  smoothie?

Look no further then this tasty treat from the Fitness on Demand #ElevateYourHeartRate Challenge!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

DIRECTIONS: 

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately
