Set your intention to learn how to nourish your body and mind through yoga and clean eating.
This 5- week course is a combination of yoga and nutrition. Learn yoga postures and easy to follow nutrition tips to strengthen the digestion system, boost energy, balance hormones, maintain a healthy weight and calm the body/mind to lead a vibrant life.
Each class is 1 hour long. Includes tips, handouts and recipes related to theme of the week. First 30 minutes of the class we discuss nutrition. Next hour is theme related yoga postures. We end with meditation.
This course is for anyone who wants to gain more energy, confidence, or simply have a healthier lifestyle and get fit inside and out in a gentle way. The course is taught by a certified holistic nutritionist /yoga instructor.
Week 1: Digestion
Week 2: Stamina and Endurance
Week 3: Detoxification (gentle, no fasting needed)
Week 4: Hormonal Balance
Week 5: Calming the Body and Mind for a Restful Sleep
