Sometimes, you just need someone to guide you in the right direction. My mission is to help others find their passion in fitness, and have fun with it. Humans were designed to move. From day one we are in a hurry to crawl, to stand, to run and play, then to hunt and gather and explore. All these facets of daily living take various degrees of fitness to be effective. I can help you achieve better health and fitness so those day to day activities are easier, by helping you identify where you are now versus where you strive to be. Together we can make a plan to get you there.
When I discovered weight training over 30 years ago, I knew it was “my thing”. It was so liberating to feel strong and healthy, and I still enjoy it as much today as I did then. I’ve also discovered other fitness activities over the years that add spark and keep training interesting, but I always come back to weight training as my first love. I hadn’t previously considered fitness as a career though. Later, after specializing in marketing and business for 30 years, I realized that none of that was important to a happy life. But health? Good health is everything. I decided to become a personal trainer so that I can share my passion and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness with others, and to help them live better, healthier lives that aren’t defined by their age.
