Astanga Level 1 Introduction to Astanga yoga, emphasis on proper alignment and movement coordinated with breath.  Trim, tone, and stretch all the muscles in your body.
Astanga Mixed Suitable for all levels.  More challenging asanas will be introduced, modifications will be given to ensure postures are accessible to all levels.
Iyengar Level 1 Iyengar yoga empahsizes breath, correct alignment and right action which develops flexibility, strength and balance.
Iyengar Level 2 For students wanting to deepen and advance theri practice.  Shoulder stands, head stands, arm balances are introduced.
Iyengar Mixed For all levels.  This class will challenge each participant. Modification will be given when necessary.
Kripalu Level 1 Kripalu yoga is an inquiry-based yoga methodology that promotes the awakening of the life force (prana).  Using classic asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques, Kripalu increase awareness of body, breath and mind and encourages natural alignment
Kripalu Power Level 2 This is a cardiovascular class that builds strength, flexability and concentration.  Improve performance in sports and unleach your inner power!
Prana Level 1 Teaching a foundation with flowing movement between postures.  You're guarenteed to feel aligned, energized and restored.
Prana Level 2 This Vinyasa Flow class is a perfect way to spend your Saturday morning.  A journey through flexibility and strength.
Cycle Yoga

On our Group Fitness Class Schedule. 

Wanna test your limits?  This challenging and energetic cycle class starts in the cycle studio and finishes with a unique cycling specific stretch/relaxation set in our yoga studio.  You get the best of both worlds in this latest cycling combo class.  Limited to 14 spots.  Call in advance to book your spot.

I-Flow

Burn 10 calories per minute while toning your muscles.  iFlow TM is a new style of exercise program that combines strength, flexibilty and cardiovascular training to tone and sculp the entire body.  It is a blend of yoga, pilates and mixed martial arts.

1 X per week for 4 weeks $40.00
