We understand that often the toughest part of every workout is getting there. We want to ensure every member is confident and comfortable trying new programs, no matter what your goals are. It is important to us that you have a positive environment in order for you to achieve maximum results.
We also understand that everybody has different goals and fitness levels, therefore; we are offering a variety of programs to ‘exercise your options’ so you can live your healthiest and fittest life ever!

POWER SERIES ..............GET RESULTS .............. EXCLUSIVELY AT GLOBAL! Global's Power Series will progressively work you towards a leaner, stronger, healthier and happier body! Each Power class will introduce a new program every 6 weeks, allowing you to progressively advacne your fitness from week to week. |

| Core Power | Super-set exercises formatted to tone and strengthen your core. |
| TRX Circuit Power | Cardio & strength interval training using a variety of equipment, including the TRX TM suspension trainer. |
| Latin Power | Fuses Zumba, Latin Dance & Step for an energetic journey to exceptional cardio fitness and fun. |
| Ball Power | This is the newest cardio class in our exclusive "Power Series". 15-15-15 format will progress your cardio alternating speedball & bosu. Speedball is the latest fitness craze using medicine balls during cardio drills to maximize your cardio and core! limited to 15 spots. First come first serve. |
| Cardio Power | Non-stop cardio drills designed to burn tons of calories - see urban cardio power. |

| Cardio Tennis | Take your cardio to the courts this summer and work with a tennis pro and personal trainer as they put you through a variey of tennis inspired drills. Racquets provided. |
| Cardio Strength | Can you think of a better way to finish your week than with this calorie blasting, muscle toning combo class! You will be guilt free after this 1 hour workout which guaranteed to chjallenge your cardio, strength, and core. (Step & hi-low inspired) |
| Lunch Express Series | We have created the ultimate weekly workout options for those busy worker bees out there! Trust us, you'll work hard and see results. 30 min is all you'll need! Monday to Thursday. |
| Zumba! | This is the latest craze in group fitness classes. Burn up to 1,000 calories per hour as you learn dance choreography from many different dance inspired moves. This is a high energy and fun class! |
| Zu-Hoops | The " calorie blitz" Class! We combine Zumba and the latest fitness craze, hooping, to bring you a class that will shed pounds and tone your body. Limited to 15 spots. First come first serve. |
