Yoga discovered Pauline in 1997 and she has been living, breathing and exploring yoga in its many forms ever since including Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara Yoga. Pauline has been teaching yoga since 2002 and completed her Level III Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga in 2003 and her Anusara Yoga Teacher Training in August 2011.  She has developed a teaching style which is flexible, playful, inquisitive and sensitive to the needs of her students and based on a firm foundation of safe alignment.   An attitude of enjoyment while maintaining respect for the path of yoga are central themes in Pauline’s teachings and in her personal practice. She is a great believer in the transformative power of yoga to create optimal physical, spiritual and emotional health.
