Darcia is a certified Iyengar  instructor Darcia uses her deep-seated knowledge to individualize corrections for each student.  Iyengar Yoga is for all ages and physical conditions.  Classes will focus on body breath and soul. click here for more information  

Join Darcia in a 6 week inversion/core/balance series at noon.  $36.00 plus hst ($6.00 per class) members.  $60.00 plus hst ($10.00 per class) for non-members.

come on get happy Elise teaches mixed methods based on the needs of her students.  Combing these methods with power asanas (postures) she will take you through a flow class focusing on a strong foundation working from the core and ending with a restorative aspect.

Carla's classes are based on the understanding of how yoga can and will repair injuries/challenges, increase flexibility and stretches out your entire body while releasing tension without force. It is an excellent class for beginners, all levels of injuries and all ages, baby boomers welcome.

shiva-shaki yoga

Melissa offers classes that focus on great attitude, alignment & action that will increase physical performance, reduce injury & increase recovery, by use of fundamental yoga postures interwoven with modern playful postures like hand balances & back bends.

the energy well

A meditation in motion.  Tanya’s classes use the three stages of practice to create strength and balance in mind, body and spirit. 

morning bliss & afternoon delight A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement and integrates awareness and alignment.
hipsters ony The hips & hamstrings are insistent on the truth!  This prctice is a full dedication to a deep hip opening & forward bend practice.  Suitable to follow strenuous fitness.
