FITNESS ASSESSMENTS - You don't know where you're going until you know where you have been. At Global our personal trainers can offer you an hour long fitness assessment which will show you where your fitness is currently sitting. This includes:
|BODY FAT TESTING - Test your body fat before starting a program so you can determine how much FAT your body is releasing. It is recommended that you get this test every two months to ensure you are gaining muscle while reducing body fat.|
