POWER SERIES ..............GET RESULTS .............. EXCLUSIVELY AT GLOBAL! Global's Power Series will progressively work you towards a leaner, stronger, healthier and happier body! Each Power class will introduce a new program every 6 weeks, allowing you to progressively advance your fitness from week to week. (excluding cycle & core power) |

| Body Power | Weight training class that strengthens the entire body & gets results! |
| Piloga Power | Strength, cardio & flexibility are incorporated into this total mind-body experience. This class includes yoga, pilates, plyometric principals and functional movements. |
| Rock Hard TRX TM | Cardio & strength interval training using a variety of equipment, including the TRX TM suspension trainer. |

| Cardio Core Intervals (C.C.I.) | This high energy class will challenge your cardio and core, using creative drills and exercises. |

| Zumba | burn up to 1,000 calories in 1 hour with this traditional latin-inspired dance fitness program. |
| Cycle 202 | A great class for anyone who is looking for 45 minutes of cycling drills and fun! |
| Core | exercise a variety of muscles from your hips to your shoulders, that stabilize the spine & pelvis. Plus - work on your 6-pack! |
| Step Up | for the true step lovers of thsi world. Class is followed by abs & stretch. It's a classic! |
| iFlow Boom! | combine the toning, strength, flexibility and cardio benefits of iFlow with intervals that test your limits on every level. |
| Big Time Bosu | take a step beyond traditional training with our new bosu stability strength class. |
