Here at Global, we love to cycle! Which is why we invested into the best bikes on the market: the LeMond Revmaster, developed by Greg LeMond who was the first American to win the Tour de France.
Please note that classes require a minimum of 5 participants to remain on the schedule. If you love your class please bring a friend.
We have Kelowna’s top instructors, not to mention local cycling and triathletes instructing our classes. So whether you’re a weekend warrior, need a daily fix or looking for more athletic specific classes – we have what you’re looking for.
You don’t have to have any experience to enjoy our cycle classes and we welcome new bees! Our highly qualified instructors modify to all levels… see how you get what you put into these classes and why cycling has made such a positive difference in so many members health and fitness.

| hard road | get your climb on! This class is all about hill climbing. Build strength & maximize your cardiovascular capacity. A great class for anyone who is looking for 30-45min of cycling drills and fun! |
| on the road again | Join us for this NEW virtual experience that will stimulate your senses as you race on the big screen. Weekly themes include: mountain climb, attach, breakaway & sprint stages. Taught by a national level cyclist. |
| back in the saddle again | cycle class that combines focus on endurance and intervals. |
| road to zen | this challenging and energetic cycle class starts in the cycle studio and cinishes with a unique 10 min cycling specific stretch/relaxation set in our Pur Yoga Studio. You get the best of both worlds in this latest cycling/yoga combo class. |
| a.c.c. | This is the closest thing you'll get to the 'real thing'. Taught by instructors who are also experienced cyclists, you'll experience 1hr 15min of cycling drills that are either endurance or strength/speed focused, followed by 30min of core/stability training. (10 sessions per class) $60.00 + tax members or $10.00 + tax non-members. Register soon, as these classes fill fast! |

| spoovie | bring your bike and windtrainer up to the group fitness studio and enjoy a social endurance ride while watching a different movie each week. Movies vary in duration. Mats available to stretch during and/or afterwards. Work as hard as you choose. $5.00 drop in fee. Jan 6th to March 9th. Friday nights. |
