Boot Camps with Gurv & Leslie 

Boot Camps are full body strength, balance, core strength, agility, stability, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, challenging, rewarding and fun!  Trainers will be using a variety of equipment in our Ultra fit Funtional training areas,  Plyo Boxes, TRX, Kettle Bells, Agility Ladders, Bumper Plates, Ropes, Bosu, Fit Ball, medicine Balls, and more!  Test your limit.

Global Boot Camps Include:

  • 4 weeks of personal group training 2 or 3x per week
  • support and encouragement from fellow boot campers
  • accountability to ensure your success

Learn To Run with Leslie

One of the best activities you can do for your heart and body is to take up running. It's a very effective way of burning calories and to lose some extra pounds. It is important to start gently. Running creates quite a bit of stress on your legs; your muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc, but remember this stress is of the good kind. As long as you don't overdo it, you can benefit greatly from the repeated good stress your legs and body receives while running.

Yoga Camp with Darcia

Darcia is a certified Iyengar Instructor. Has traveled to India 2 times, has being a yoga practitioner for 17 years and has being teaching yoga for 10 years.  This yoga camp will focus on inversions, shoulder stand, headstand, handstand, balance & core.  If you have no experience with inversions, you will be guided safely through poses that will build strength & prepare you.   When it comes to inversions sometimes it is our mind that needs the most work.  Darcia will make this fun yet challenging enough for all levels of your being. When you do the same things you get the same results, join Darcia and take your yoga practice to the next level.
