Why I choose the Fitness Industry |
I believe that fitness and health can bring nothing but great things to peoples’ lives; watching people reach their goals in this area, overcoming obstacles, is so inspiring. I want to be a part of an industry that can help people, and fitness is one of many. |

completed studies on the anatomy and physiology of the human body; and beginning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing come September 2012

Accomplishments |

Performing with the dance ‘crew’ for Zane Gold at the BC Interior Music Awards

Participating in my first (and definitely not last) Hallows Eve Trail Race, placing first in my age category

Successfully completing the 2010 Ski to Sea race with my team, personally having done the 15km running leg

Completed my first ½ marathon in 2010; placed first place in my age category for 10km trail races in Vancouver and Kelowna

Travelled, worked and volunteered around Africa and Europe in 2011

Accepted into the BScN program for September 2012

2012 Goals |

Run a half-marathon (preferably Vancouver), enter and complete 'The Tough Mudder' obstacle course in Whistler, visit Vietnam for a short while whenever my schedule allows and lastly, rock my first year of Nursing!
