| Why I choose the Fitness Industry | I chose to teach group fitness to challenge myself to a new level after many years of being a gym rat and class addict. Quickly I learned how passionate I am about fitness and how much joy I get from making fitness fun yet rewarding. I am honored that Global members trust me to share in their personal journey. | ||

| Accomplishments | Striving to provide safe and innovative classes supported by advanced certifications, research and workshops. Completed a Masters of Arts in Leadership while juggling my full time job, training/teaching, two step kids, my dog, my cats and my husband (not necessarily in that order!). | ||
| Specialty Areas | Triathlon Spin, Sports Specific training, iFlow™, Piloga, and Power Zumba. | ||
| 2012 Goals | Increase my personal yoga practice, begin writing my novel, complete a marathon and complete Ironman Canada 2012. | ||

| Best Memory | Just one?! I guess seeing my fiancée standing at the finish line waiting for me on my marathon when I crossed it bawling my eyes out. Later that afternoon he asked me to marry him. |
