Why I choose the Fitness Industry

I come from a sports background of rugby, football, wrestling, skiing, mountain biking, and wakeboarding.  I chose the fitness industry because I love being physical active and helping others reach their physical and mental peak, while at the same time having fun training.

  • Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology
  • Graduate diploma in Education (Phys ed & health)

  • 1st 15 on the Lakehead University Rugby team (2003-2007)
  • Triple over head (~20ft) drop in surfing in Australia (2009)
