We apologize for the issues Android users have been having when it comes to using the app to book classes and courts. We have reached out to the IT Department & this is the work around they have given us in the meantime:
- From your phone’s main screen, go to Settings > Apps
- Select the app “Global”
- Select Storage (& cache) > Select “Clear Data” or “Clear storage” > Press “OK”
- Note: This is not the same as clearing cache
- Return to the app & see if the issue is still present
