Growing up on a farm in the Melville area in Saskatchewan our lively Rhonda Laturnus moved to Kelowna in 2009 for a change. Our high energy, athletic farm girl spent her high school days involved in track and field, coaching soccer, and riding horses. In her 30’s, Rhonda decided to pursue her love of fitness and became a Personal Trainer.
